This book packed an amazing punch. As short as it was it was packed with all the spice and historical romance we need to make this book so special. I say this often in my reviews but I admire an author who can write a short story and fill it with all the important pieces.This book of course has amazing spice but the characters were very likeable and well written. I’m happy to have found yet another historical romance author that did the work a historical romance deserves.

The Earl and the Vixen
This series about different couples “coupling off” at a regency house party is so much fun! At this point, I love spotting what everyone else from another book is doing in the background while I read one book. I love this book in particular because — aside from Diane’s incredible talent writing the many steamy scenes — it was about two people chafing under a restrictive society’s constraints and finding kindred souls in each other. The characters’ love for art and each other really shone through. Always here for a spirited, voluptuous FMC. I adored Juliet!

I can’t say enough great things about Christina Diane’s writing! Her regency romance stories just hit the spot every time, and this one so far is my favorite!
I loved Lily so much! I could relate to her in many ways. I’m a shy wallflower myself, so I could understand how she felt out of place in social settings. Alex is a swoon-worthy MMC that I was rooting for the entire time! I am excited to continue reading this author’s work!
