Only an Earl Will Do by Tamara Gill
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Such a great story and a great start to this series! I wasn’t sure how Elizabeth and Henry were going to figure it out, but love how they found each other in the end. The writing is great and the MCs are very easy to connect to. Would read again!

I was swept away by the captivating world of Lady Elizabeth Worthingham and the rakish scoundrel, Henry Andrews, Earl of Muir. Tamara Gill weaves a tale of passion, deception, and undeniable love that left me utterly spellbound.
π Lady Elizabeth, the reigning queen of London society, faces a future mapped out by duty: marry well, even if it means sacrificing love. Her near-ruinous past looms over her, demanding she uphold her familyβs honor. But when the enigmatic Henry returns from three years abroad, determined to make her his wife, Elizabethβs icy reception is colder than the Scottish highlands.
π₯ Henry, with a heart as wild as the rugged landscape he hails from, is relentless in his pursuit. Past hurts resurface, secrets unravel, and their love becomes a force that defies all odds. As the tension builds, I found myself rooting for their happily-ever-after, even when a nameless foe threatens to extinguish their love.
π This historical romance is a symphony of emotions, with twists and turns that kept me turning pages late into the night. Gillβs prose is elegant, her characters vividly drawn, and the chemistry between Elizabeth and Henry sizzles off the page.
