I really enjoyed this read! I recently got into dark romance, but my favorite genre is historical romance, so it was fun to experience the two paired together! The steam was great, and not too over the top. I don’t usually love duologies, since I prefer the HEA in the same book, so you must know going into this one that you will need to read both books. I immediately started the second one!
