My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Loved this series so much! The characters are really fun and the tension between the main characters was so great and sucked me into the series! Would read again!

In the glittering ballrooms of Regency England, where secrets and desires swirl like silken gowns, Jade Lee weaves a spellbinding tale of love, redemption, and danger. “Lord Lucifer”, the first book in the Lords of the Masquerade series, is a symphony of passion and intrigue that left me utterly enchanted.

🔥 The Hero: Lucas, the Fallen Titan Twelve years ago, Lucas failed to protect the love of his life from an arranged marriage. As she wed another man, he marched off to battle against Napoleon, leaving behind scars on his body and soul. Now, he’s back—hidden from the peerage, haunted by memories, and guarding secrets. His heart, however, remains tethered to the woman he couldn’t save.

💃 The Heroine: Lady Diana, Unyielding and Defiant Diana is no longer the obedient girl who acquiesced to a loveless union. She’s grown into her strength, defying societal norms. When her husband is murdered and her estate threatened, every finger points at her. Amidst the whispers and accusations, the one man she can’t forget reappears, talking of impossible truths.

🌹 The Dance of All or Nothing Lucas defies constables, thieves, and even his own family to protect Diana. But mere protection isn’t enough. He risks everything, dancing with the devil himself, to win her heart. Their chemistry crackles like lightning, their stolen moments intoxicating. The masquerade they play—of danger, desire, and deception—sweeps readers into a heady waltz of emotions.

📖 Jade Lee’s Masterful Penmanship Lee’s prose is lush, evocative, and vivid. She paints the Regency era with exquisite detail—the rustle of silk, the scent of roses, the flicker of candlelight. The dialogue sparkles, revealing layers of longing and vulnerability. The pacing is impeccable, keeping me turning pages late into the night.
